Mechanical Design Engineer

Job requirements:

1. Familiar with new product development process and relevant industry standards, and can apply such processes and standards into actual product design.

2. Responsible for 3D drawings and engineering drawings of mechanical products and non-standard products, and participating in quality tracking during product processing.

3. To cooperate with electrical engineer to finish design and manufacture.

4. Technical guidance, coordination and communication during the commissioning process.

5, To formulate relevant technical documents of the products, arrange and archive the technical documents of the products, and have the ability to write patent data for certain mechanical equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical manufacturing or other related majors.

2. Be familiar with mechanical principle, process design, process and mechanical parts design, and can use PLM.

3. Be proficient in using UG and other design software, and be proficient in using PLM system.

4. Work hard, innovative, team spirit and good communication skills.


Assembly engineer

 installation and commissioning

Main responsibilities:

1. To assemble non-standard automation equipment according to drawing and BOM.

2. To feedback the problems in the assembly process, and provide reasonable suggestions based on the actual situation.

3. To assist the electrical engineer to debug the equipment after the product is assembled.

4. Being skilled at using all kinds of assembly tools and measuring tools to complete the trial production and commissioning of new products.

5. To implement improvement measures and other works as required by supervisors

Job requirements:

1. More than 3 years experience in assembly and commissioning.

2. Being capable of using various assembly tools, such as bridge cranes skillfully and safely

3. Having some basic skills for fitter and being able to read drawings. Quick thinking and strong practical ability;

4. More than two years working experiences as a mechanical fitter, in mechanical assembly or electrical assembly experience is preferred.

6. Good health and hardworking.
